Empire Hand Wash of Bellerose

Giving two stars because it is harder to remove but I’d like to give as many negative stars as possible! Unfortunately, I don’t know the owner’s name, but I can describe him as a middle-aged, light-skinned, Hispanic, heavy-set man. From the moment I brought up my concerns, his attitude was extremely dismissive and disrespectful. I brought in a **brand-new car** and purchased a **yearly membership**, expecting the service to be worth the price. Instead, my car was left with spots, dirt, and residue all over it, and the rags being used appeared visibly dirty. For what this establishment charges, the quality of service is extremely disappointing. When I politely asked if the ladies could do a better job or if they could use a cleaner rag, I was met with attitude rather than any effort to resolve the issue. As a paying customer, and someone who committed to a yearly membership—I expect basic courtesy and a reasonable level of service. The prices are **extremely high for the quality you receive**, and the customer service made the experience even worse. I would strongly reconsider purchasing a membership here. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would and the attitude needs

I spend about $172 and the roof of my truck is still dirty and the wheels as you can see horrible job. They spent 40 minutes inside and neglected to do the exterior. I wouldn’t recommend them for anything. They are extremely busy and they don’t take there time.

Just visited for a wash and the wash felt rushed.. Car was done in less than 15min.. wheels where still dirty, under the doors still had dirt.. behind by the plate.. And had the nerve to ask if I have an account or want to open one.. Not with a wash like that which coast $41.00...

This place used to be great but now it’s like over 30 minutes waiting in line to get a car wash and other hand wash places are 10 times faster. The guy that uses the bristles on the rims uses it actually on your car as well. I’m definitely not coming back here after I seen that. I thought it was only a hand wash and no people using brushes. The phone number doesn’t really work whatsoever. I hope this place improves but at the meantime, it’s not good at all I don’t recommend.

I’ve never seen a car wash company who has more than a dozen people just on vacuuming. I have rugs and I have weatherproof rug cover. Everything was washed. The attention to detail is incredible. I recall other car wash spots vacuum up front for 2 min, get your exterior washed and wiped down and you are out the door. This place put the time in to your car detail. I highly recommend getting a car wash here. This is my 3 or 4 th year bringing my cars. I stopped looking else where. I’m not even on a monthly subscription. Their prices are very good and service is amazing. Worth the wait.
